Colour or Black & White?

This is one of the great debates of the age, and yet unless your shooting with film it is true you can decide later! I for example often prefer B & W and my mind is set on a B & W image - but the camera lets me hedge my bets. I shoot a jpeg B &W and a RAW file which is colour.

Then I simply take the RAW file and do what I want with it!!

My personal feeling is B & W can have far more impact, can introduce a mood not so easy to do with colour, and frankly I just like it! So does the industry now with more B & W images being used.
