Certain images within WilliamDavid files may be available for sale or stock photo use.
Image files are also available to those who have taken part in former William David Project shoots. Images prior to Wil.D are also
available on request.
Complete image files of anyone on file can be obtained only by the person [s] involved, or their legal representative.
Any request for images of anyone on this website is dependant on agreement of all concerned or by contract.
Image protection is a major consideration of William David. No images may be used in other works [including personal websites] without the knowledge and written consent of William David and or the person [s] depicted in the image [s].
The watermark of any image must not be cropped out or removed without Wil.D written consent.
This is for the image protection of all concerned. No implied context should be added to images without my knowledge and written agreement.
In the event of any images being used on any "adult" website with or without any implied context will result in legal action if not removed at once, and compensation fee paid.
Images may not be used for any form of commercial advertising without agreement.
This will be governed by the laws of the UK, but applies to international as well as local concerns.
In the event of images being provided for stock photo or reproduction by agreement a contract will be provided to confirm the extent to that agreement.
Consent will normally be given for reasonable non profit use where possible - but please ask first!
