Obtaining Image Sets from your own shoots with WilliamDavid [open series] 2008-2011
This refers to individual shoots outside any other formal agreement.
Files and individual images from William David shoots are normally available to order by the persons involved or their legal representatives. The final use agreement, and the order details are quoted on an individual basis. Images can be made available by CD/DVD, datapen, e.mail or online uploading [via "the cloud"].
Actwill/HMV images:-
Actwill/HMV images and those shot 2012 onwards are normally available for online transfer, as well as by the other options. Earlier files are only slowly being added, hence it takes longer to provide earlier files than later ones.
Again images/files can only be provided to the persons concerned or by agreement with them., unless part of the stock photo selection within the work.
